Interest Rate
For property up to RM350,000 (Affordable Housing Loan Package – AHLP):
4.50% per annum for 1st year.
5.25% per annum for 2nd to 3rd year.
5.25% per annum for 4th to 5th year (Depending on conduct of account).
6.50% per annum thereafter.
For property RM350,001 and above (Special Housing Loan Package – SHLP):
5.00% per annum for the 1st to 3rd year.
5.00% per annum for 4th to 5th year (Depending on conduct of account).
6.75% per annum thereafter.
