The Job:-
- Responsible for marketing of bridging loan / project financing products, processing of loan application and monitoring of related loan accounts.
The Requirements:-
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
- Candidate with 2 or 3 years working experience in marketing and handling loan applications from corporate client;
- Having working experience with banking sector, developer or lawyer firm will be an added advantage;
- Good credit evaluation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.

The Job:-
- To perform administrative and clerical tasks related to loans processing.
The Requirements:-
- SPM / Diploma in Administrative or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage; and
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
